इस बीच परिवार के करीबी लोगों ने सोशल मीडिया पर चल रही अफवाहों को खारिज किया है। उनका कहना है कि शरीर पर चोट के निशान जैसी बातें पूरी तरह गलत हैं। मेडिकल कॉलेज में करीब दो घंटे तक पोस्टमार्टम चला और डॉक्टरों ने जांच के लिए विसरा सुरक्षित रखा है। प्रतीक यादव मौत मामला को लेकर राजनीतिक हलकों में भी हलचल बढ़ गई है। कई नेताओं ने परिवार के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त की है। वहीं प्रशासन ने कहा है कि रिपोर्ट आने तक किसी भी निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचना जल्दबाजी होगी।
